The 7th annual Carol Walk will take place on December 3rd, which is the start of Advent this year. Project Watershed has been organizing this community event that starts off the Christmas Season. This walk is not a fundraiser – it is a celebration of the season and an opportunity to sing in community to the other residents of the Valley. The carol walk will begin at 4PM from the Mansfield parking lot and end at Locals Restaurant about 6PM. Locals Restaurant offers a free wassail cup for all the carollers at the conclusion. 
Comox Harbour Charters will join in again this year, if the weather allows. We will be returning from a short holiday on December 1st and will confirm if the weather will permit us to be part of this wonderful event. Our plan is to leave Comox at 4PM and meet up with the walkers at different locations along the river. Send us an e-mail if you would like to be on board. The boat will be lit up and heated, with a PA system to belt the voices out. The cost is $25 per person to join us on the boat.
